Team Assistant Distribution Center Monsheim

Deichmann is looking, starting immediately, for a full-time team assistant (37.5 hours) for its Monsheim distribution center.

• Organizing the reception area and handling the switchboard
• Visitor, applicant and conference management
• Support in HR and time management
• Invoice checking, account assignment and travel expense recording
• Cash and minute keeping
• Organizing internal events and meetings
• General office organization and administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Ideally work experience in assistance, administration, reception or case processing
• Friendly, confident and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Confident use of Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP
• Good German skills, spoken and written
• Initiative, sense of responsibility
