As part of your trainee program in Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime at Deutsche Bank, you will gain an overview of all our areas of responsibility and be involved in day-to-day work and projects. You will gain a good overview of the administrative, strategic, and economic contexts of banking business as well as (risk) management with regard to regulatory affairs, Compliance, and the fight against financial crime. Your specific assignments and tasks will depend on which of our teams you would like to strengthen. During your twelve-month program, you will get to know four different areas within Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime and can actively contribute to a large selection of teams. You will receive diverse support and benefit from the expertise of experienced, international teams.

• Will you soon complete your studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Sanctions and Embargoes, Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, Law, Social Sciences, or a comparable field?
• Are you interested in combating financial crime, financial issues and interrelationships, combined with an affinity for planning and strategy?
• Do you want to contribute to combating financial crime and support the bank in its interaction with regulators and in complying with legal requirements?
• Have you already gained initial practical experience and do you have initial international experience?
• Are you proficient in MS Office?
• Are your communication skills well-developed, and are your German and English skills fluent?
• Do you enjoy working in a team and can you inspire others with your ideas?
• Do you work carefully, have an eye for detail, and remain focused even under pressure?
• Are you a responsible, committed personality with a quick grasp and excellent abilities to identify problems and develop solutions?

• To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements:
• You should successfully complete your studies between January 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026, and have no outstanding academic achievements.
• You should be willing to start a full-time position from July 2026, taking into account local labor laws and visa regulations.
• You should have no more than 12 months of full-time professional experience (excluding internships).
