Application Specialist MS - SQL Server

DHL Freight Euronet in Langenhagen is looking for a solution-oriented Application Specialist MS - SQL Server (m/f/d).

• Professional and technical support / further development of our SQL server
• Support and further development of databases
• Participation in projects to further develop our IT landscape
• Coordination and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Support of internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance and quality standards

• Successfully completed degree in computer science (Bachelor/Master) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in application and database development
• Solid T-SQL and VBA Access knowledge, as well as in database technologies and data management
• Basic knowledge of XML, JSON and common interface and integration technologies
• Experience leading and participating in IT projects
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex relationships in a structured way and develop sustainable solutions
• High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new technologies and IT trends
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments
• Ideally experience in an international corporate environment
• Very good German and good English skills
• Strong service and customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility
