Very good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss), a good intermediate school diploma (Realschulabschluss), or technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur); good German skills (at least B2 level); good grades in math, German, and physics; manual dexterity; you solve problems in a team; punctuality and reliability are important to you.
