Apprenticeship as Office Management Clerk

DHL Freight is a team of 9,000 road freight experts in more than 40 countries. You will be trained in Wustermark as an office management clerk and organise international road transport. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.

• Organise international road transport and plan it with all related activities
• Plan routes by phone and email and monitor transports with software
• Always be in contact with drivers and customers
• Gain insight into departments such as local transport, customer service and production assurance, and take on tasks actively and independently

• You have a good school leaving certificate (Realschule, Higher Commercial School, Business School or Gymnasium)
• You have first experience with common MS Office applications and good English skills
• You are curious, committed and willing to learn, and take on new challenges with enthusiasm
• Friendliness, empathy and service orientation are among your strengths and you enjoy working with people
