About this Apprenticeship
Three-year apprenticeship with DHL Freight in Gochsheim. You will learn to organize international road transport, plan routes and monitor shipments.
What You'll Learn
- Organize and plan international road transport and all related activities.
- Plan routes by phone and email, monitor shipments using the software, and stay in contact with drivers and customers.
- Learn about departments such as local transport, customer service and transport operations support, take on tasks independently and develop through your work.
Requirements
- A good school-leaving qualification from a Realschule, higher commercial school, business school or Gymnasium.
- Some experience with common MS Office applications and good English skills.
- Curiosity, commitment and willingness to learn, with enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Friendliness, empathy and a focus on customer service, and enjoyment of working with people.
