DHL Freight offers a three-year apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk in Erlensee, starting on 01.08.2027. You organise international road transport and get to know different departments.
What You'll Learn
- You are an organisational talent! As a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk you organise international road transport and plan it with all related activities.
- You have the overview! You plan routes by phone and email and monitor transports with our software. You are always in contact with drivers and customers.
- You are determined! You gain varied insights into the different departments such as local transport, customer service and production assurance. You can actively and independently take on tasks and grow with your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You bring a good school-leaving certificate (Realschule, Höhere Handelsschule, Wirtschaftsschule or Gymnasium).
- You have first experience with common MS Office applications and good English skills.
- You are curious, committed and willing to learn, and you approach new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Friendliness, empathy and service orientation are among your personal strengths and you enjoy working with people.
