DHL Freight is a team of 9,000 road freight experts and freight specialists operating in more than 40 countries. You will learn the profession of freight forwarding and logistics services clerk in Duisburg and organize international land transport. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and starts on 01.08.2027.

• Organize international land transport and plan it with all related activities
• Plan routes by phone and email and monitor transports with the software
• Stay in constant contact with drivers and customers
• Gain insight into different departments such as local transport, customer service and production assurance
• Take on tasks actively and independently and grow with your responsibilities

• A good school leaving certificate (Realschule, Höhere Handelsschule, Wirtschaftsschule or Gymnasium)
• First experience with common MS Office applications and good English skills
• Curious, committed and willing to learn, and approach new challenges with enthusiasm
• Friendliness, empathy and service orientation are among your personal strengths, and you enjoy working with people
