• Analysis and resolution of malfunctions as well as maintenance and repair of conveyor systems (electrical and mechanical)
• Analysis of machine conditions, movements, and malfunctions via the control computer
• Observation and evaluation of communication processes between warehouse management system and material flow computer
• Evaluation of machine-related analyses and statistics
• Analysis of production processes regarding their impact on plant technology
• Tracking and analysis of carton and pallet movements within the conveyor system
• Documentation of malfunctions, measures, and work performed in the relevant systems
• Communication via the technical service hotline

• Technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial engineering, mechatronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial engineering, or comparable qualifying training
• Experience in a technical environment or in maintenance an advantage
• Technical understanding and confident use of PC applications
• Suitability for working at heights for assignments in high-bay warehouses
• Responsiveness, analytical thinking, and structured way of working
• Reliability, initiative, and team and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)
