Dispatcher NTBO

DHL Freight is looking for a full-time dispatcher NTBO for its Appenweier location. DHL Freight is a team of 9,000 road freight experts and freight specialists in more than 40 countries.

• You are responsible for the operational execution of part and full loads and dispatch international part and full loads and scheduled line services.
• You are responsible for dispatching our own vehicles.
• You source the required cargo space on the open truck market and work with the team on continuously optimizing the purchasing of carriers.
• You coordinate with the connected branches.
• You help ensure that all applicable requirements are met.

• Experience and knowledge: You have completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics clerk or a comparable qualification and experience in dispatching. You bring good IT user skills in common MS Office applications and transport management systems and have good geographical knowledge.
• Personality: You approach your tasks with commitment and motivation and stand up for the interests of your customers and your team. You are reliable, happily take on responsibility and organize yourself independently.
• Languages: You have very good German and good English skills; further language skills (e.g. French) are an advantage.
