Dispatcher Local Transport

DHL Freight in Worms is looking for motivated dispatchers (m/f/d) in local transport. In this varied role you are responsible for freight logistics for national and international transport. Permanent employment contract.

• You control the transport flow! You are responsible for dispatching and monitoring tours and assigning orders to vehicles.
• You are an organizational talent! You are responsible for correctly closing out tours and handing over reliably to the delivery dispatchers.
• You keep the overview! Your daily tasks also include archiving pickup roll cards and delivery receipts.

• Experience: You have training as a freight forwarding clerk and already have experience in the field. Alternatively, you have commercial training combined with practical experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Personality: You enjoy your work and especially challenges. You can react professionally and flexibly to unplanned situations and always work customer-focused. You are good at improvising and have good coordination skills.
• Knowledge: You are a communication pro and have very good command of MS Office. Ideally you already know customs clearance and are familiar with the English language.
