Dual Study Program: Bachelor of Arts Business Administration, Freight Forwarding and Logistics in 2027

Start your dual study program at Deutsche Post AG, branch operations in Ottendorf-Okrilla/Dresden, and HWR Berlin towards a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Freight Forwarding and Logistics. You study in Berlin and a place is reserved for you. Theory and practice blocks alternate quarterly over the 3-year program. Perspective after the program: site manager leading a team of about 30 to 50 delivery staff.

• You get to know the processes of a delivery site, work in delivery yourself and so understand the demands and challenges of day-to-day business first-hand.
• You work on concrete operational tasks from the start and gradually take on more responsibility.
• You go through all relevant interface areas of your branch, for example transport, HR and controlling.
• You learn to interpret operational key figures and make decisions based on economic and logistical contexts.
• You are specifically prepared to take over an operational leadership position and develop skills in communication, people management and operational control.

• You have a good (technical) Abitur or obtain an equivalent school qualification by the start of studies
• You can show good grades in German, mathematics and English
• You have very good German skills (at least C1 level)
• You have strong communication and organizational skills and live teamwork
• You show interest in business contexts and logistics processes
• You bring motivation to take on responsibility early and eventually fill a leadership role
• You practice initiative, assertiveness and a high degree of reliability
• You hold a class B driving license or are willing to obtain one during your studies
