Dual Study Programme: Bachelor of Arts Business Administration – Freight Forwarding and Logistics in 2027

Dual study programme at Deutsche Post AG, branch Betrieb Berlin 2 in Hennigsdorf, and HWR Berlin, leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Freight Forwarding and Logistics. A place is reserved for you. Theory and practice blocks alternate quarterly over the 3-year programme. Career prospect after graduation: site manager leading a team of about 30 to 50 delivery staff.

• You get to know how a delivery site works, take part in delivery yourself and understand the demands of daily business first-hand.
• You work on concrete business tasks from the start and gradually take on more responsibility.
• You go through all relevant interface areas of your branch, for example transport, HR and controlling.
• You learn to interpret business figures and make decisions based on economic and logistical connections.
• You are specifically prepared to take over a management position and develop skills in communication, people management and operational control.

• A good (technical) Abitur or an equivalent school-leaving qualification by the start of studies
• Good grades in German, mathematics and English
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level)
• Strong communication and organisational skills and team spirit
• Interest in business contexts and logistics processes
• Motivation to take on responsibility early and eventually fill a leadership role
• Initiative, assertiveness and a high degree of reliability
• Class B driving licence or willingness to obtain it during the programme
