IT Expert - Project Management Digital Products

Join our headquarters as an IT Expert - Project Management Digital Products (m/f/d) in full-time (39 hours) in Bonn. Working days are Monday to Friday. Deutsche Post InHaus Services GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG and offers mail solutions for business customers.

• Project execution for introducing digital document processing at customers, especially in incoming and outgoing mail. This mainly requires these process steps: preparation, scanning, data transport to software, software processes (OCR, classification, extraction), data export to downstream systems
• Central contact for all relevant stakeholders on IT topics (customer, service provider, group)
• Building and sharing knowledge on using digital products in this area
• Design and implementation of customer-specific solution architectures including scan, client and server components and technical interfaces
• Support in capturing, implementing and testing customer requirements
• Supporting customers in daily operations in close exchange with operations and sales

• Completed relevant vocational training or university degree
• Good basic technical understanding and willingness to quickly learn new systems and their requirements
• Experience in project management and in administering PCs and IT systems
• Good communication skills with customers and service providers (German and partly English)
