About this Apprenticeship
As a postal worker, you deliver letters and parcels to people in your district. You do not let any weather affect your mood and work five days a week between Monday and Saturday. Career changers and students are also welcome, because you are valued just as you are.
What You'll Learn
- Delivering letters and parcels using the provided equipment
- Making deliveries on five working days between Monday and Saturday
- Delivering items weighing less than 10 kg on average
- Making deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric vehicles
Requirements
- You are allowed to drive a car
- You can communicate in German
- You are able to work in all weather conditions and are comfortable with physical work
- You are reliable and committed
What Deutsche Post AG offers
- Collective-agreement hourly wage of €17.92, including 50% Christmas bonus
- An additional 50% Christmas bonus in November
- Up to €332 vacation allowance
- You can start immediately in a fixed-term, full-time position with 38.5 hours per week
