Your Tasks You support our team in the area of Group Communications & Sustainability. In doing so, you contribute to the Sustainability Communications and Programs department. You take on sub-projects, including in the international area, and thus support our GoTeach program. GoTeach aims to improve the career opportunities of disadvantaged young people worldwide and thereby enable sustainable individual and societal development together with partners such as SOS Children's Villages or Teach For All in our more than 80 partner countries. You support and accompany the development and further development of existing projects both strategically and in operational implementation. We rely on you actively contributing to the team and supporting us in internal and external communication of our projects and initiatives.

• Support in creating and implementing the communication strategy for the GoTeach program including creation of social media content, campaigns, videos, presentations, etc.
• Support in building the platform and information landscape for the GoTeach program e.g. Mentoring HUB, intranet pages
• Support in conducting our Mentoring4Integration program (e.g. organizing events, matching process, communication with participants, etc.)
• Support in organizing and conducting meetings, events, conferences, and other engagement activities, data collection, and support of GoTeach reporting
• Conducting benchmark research on sustainability and identifying successful methods/best practices

• Mandatory internship or completed bachelor's degree, gap year, or current master's studies
• Ideally studies in communications, marketing, or sustainability
• First knowledge in content marketing, digital communication & creative writing style
• Very good communication skills
• Very good German in word and writing
• Very good English in word and writing; additional language skills an advantage
• Trained in using MS Office e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams
• First knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable software
• Good strategic thinking and abilities
• Team player and organizational talent with independent working style
• Thorough research skills and database management
