Sales Support Specialist

For our sales team, we are looking for a results-oriented Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf, permanent full-time.

• You support the sales team in processing tenders (RFQs)
• by preparing offers for new customers and rate updates for existing customers
• in creating SOPs and customer implementations
• in creating presentation materials & preparing QBRs
• in analyzing and examining industry-specific developments and potentials for new customer acquisition
• in implementing global, regional, and country-specific campaigns
• You maintain CRM tools including pipeline management
• You also support new customer acquisition through "cold calls"
• You manage your own existing customers and are responsible for intensifying business relationships
• You communicate with the German ACC/OCC teams
• Correspondence with customers, DHL branches, and partners in German and English rounds off your profile

• Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, degree in logistics or equivalent training including professional experience
• Experience in customer service, indoor sales and/or operations
• Comprehensive understanding of the forwarding industry and the DGF business model
• MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as knowledge of CRM tools (Sales360)
• Good English skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
