What You'll Learn
- You install internet, telephone and IT systems
- You set up devices and networks
- You find faults and fix them
- You work directly with customers
- Technical service (taking customer requests and advising on products)
- Field service (installation and fault clearance of connections and terminal equipment for private and business customers)
- Telekom Technik (e.g. building and maintaining copper, fibre and 5G networks)
Requirements
- Hauptschulabschluss/Realschulabschluss, Abitur or a comparable qualification
- Interest in innovation, technology and the telecommunications industry
- Enjoyment of practical work and manual skill
- Interest in mathematical-technical tasks
