Apprenticeship as an IT Systems Electronics Technician

During the apprenticeship, you will install and maintain internet, telephone and IT systems and work directly with residential and business customers.

Install internet, telephone and IT systems; set up devices and networks; identify and fix faults; support customers on site; record customer enquiries and advise on products; install and troubleshoot connections and terminal equipment; build and maintain copper, fibre-optic and 5G networks.

Lower secondary school certificate, intermediate school-leaving certificate, university entrance qualification or equivalent; interest in innovation, technology and telecommunications; enjoyment of practical work and manual skills; interest in mathematical and technical tasks.
