Passion for sales and will to succeed; Strong communication skills and openness in dealing with people; Flexibility and willingness to learn; Organized and goal-oriented way of working; Completed training as a certified specialist (m/f/d) for insurance mediation IHK; For career changers: Completed vocational training and experience in consulting and sales.
