Employed Customer Advisor for the Bayreuth and Kulmbach Region

Full-time position as an employed customer advisor at a DEVK branch in Bayreuth, serving and advising private and business customers on insurance matters.

Serving and advising private and business customers on all insurance matters online and in person; acquiring new customers and building lasting business relationships; managing claims and settling minor claims; analysing and optimising customers' insurance coverage.

Completed vocational training in insurance, for example as an insurance specialist, insurance clerk or insurance business administrator; suitable career changers are also welcome; enjoyment of working with people; valid driving licence.
