Practical phase in Speyer: proactive communication with business customers and internal teams; development of individual solutions, offers, and contracts; active design of customer relationship management; preparation of sales-relevant data; coordination of meetings and events (internal and external); creation of management presentations; close collaboration with logistics centers, pricing, and customer service. Theoretical phase at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim: general business administration, practical concepts and tools from (service) marketing with focus on Sales & Customer Management.
