In the Post & Parcel Sales division of DHL Group, 1,400 employees work to provide business customers from all industries with innovative, tailored services for shipping letters and parcels. We serve shippers of all sizes - from corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises. Our personal sales force is supported by teams such as Digital Sales. The Digital Sales department develops and establishes a digital sales approach for business customers in Post & Parcel. This enables customers to inform themselves about our products and services at any time, become business customers, or adjust their portfolio flexibly and immediately. At the same time, the department ensures through automation, campaigns, and multi-channel customer engagement that prospects and existing customers are informed or activated to use products and services. You have (subject-specific) Abitur or will complete it soon, ideally with a focus on business administration You have very good grades in German and Math You know the basics of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Your English skills are solid in both spoken and written form You are communicative, enjoy approaching people, and are happy to make new contacts You enjoy bringing order to complexity and working into new subject areas You have a knack for analytical handling of numbers and like to make fact-based decisions You are a true team player and want to collaboratively take our solutions to the next level You bring motivation and initiative to always give your best (Note for applicants with Fachhochschulreife: A condition for admission to study at the Dual University is proof of academic ability, verified by a test.
