• Your benefits with us: We want you to feel good with us. That's why we offer you flexible working hours or working from home depending on your role. We support you with pension provisions and regular special payments such as Christmas and holiday pay. On top of that come various attractive discounts – and of course an employee discount.
• Workplaces of today: No matter which profession you enter: Our workplaces are modernly equipped and pleasant. Depending on your work location you will find bright and friendly dm stores, highly automated logistics sites and light-flooded offices with ergonomic furniture. Some locations have staff restaurants.
• Work differently: With us you become part of a special work community: Our apprenticeship concept is forward-looking and diverse. Classic hierarchies do not exist with us – instead the 'we' counts. With self-determined work and individual learning paths we want to support you in unfolding your strengths.
• Technology that delivers: We place great value on digital networking. That's why you get modern devices from us that support you at work. Depending on profession and area of deployment that is a laptop, a smartphone or both. Also in apprenticeship and further training we rely on digital solutions.
• Fit for the job: So you can start the workday healthy, dm offers various health services: from company doctor consultations to preventive screenings and check-ups up to workshops and seminars for mental health.
• Convenient and cheap to work: Our workplaces are well connected and often reachable by public transport. We support you during your apprenticeship with a travel cost reimbursement: We cover your costs for public transport trips between apprenticeship location and school. You can save the monthly ticket.
