What dm-drogerie markt offers

• We want you to feel good with us. That's why we offer you flexible working hours or working from home depending on your role. We support you with retirement provisions and regular special payments such as Christmas and holiday bonuses. On top of that come various attractive discounts – and of course a staff discount.
• No matter which profession you enter: Our workplaces are modern and pleasant. Depending on your location you will find bright and friendly dm stores, highly automated logistics sites and light-flooded offices with ergonomic furniture. Some locations have staff restaurants.
• You become part of a special work community: Our apprenticeship concept is forward-looking and diverse. Classic hierarchies don't exist here – instead the 'we' counts. With self-determined work and individual learning paths we want to support you in unfolding your strengths.
• We place great value on digital networking. That's why you get modern devices from us that support you at work. Depending on profession and area that's a laptop, a smartphone or both. We also rely on digital solutions in training and further education.
• So you can start the working day healthy, dm offers various health services: from company doctor consultations to preventive screenings and check-ups up to workshops and seminars for mental health.
• Our workplaces are well connected and often reachable by public transport. We support you during your apprenticeship with a travel cost refund: we cover your costs for public transport between training site and school. So you can save the monthly ticket.
