We support you with retirement provision and regular special payments such as Christmas and vacation bonuses. There are also various attractive discounts, and of course an employee discount.
• Workplaces of today: Whichever job you start in, our workplaces are modern and pleasant. Depending on your place of work, you will find bright and friendly dm stores, high-tech logistics sites and light-filled offices with ergonomic furniture. Some sites have staff restaurants.
• Living work differently: With us you become part of a special working community: our training concept is forward-looking and diverse. There are no classic hierarchies here, instead the we counts. With self-determined work and individual learning paths we want to support you in developing your strengths.
• Technology that can do something: We place great value on digital networking. That is why we give you modern devices to support you at work. Depending on your job and area, this is a laptop, a smartphone or both. We also rely on digital solutions in training and further education.
• Fit for the job: So that you can start your working day healthy, dm offers various health programs: from consultations with the company doctor to preventive screenings and check-ups to workshops and seminars for mental health.
• Comfortable and cheap commuting: Our workplaces are well connected and often reachable by public transport. During your training we support you with travel cost reimbursement: we cover your public transport costs between training location and school. So you can save the monthly ticket.
