You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, the meeting place for brands and people. As a sales associate, you always have an open ear for our customers' wishes. Alongside your knowledge of the dm product range, you impress with competent advice and make retail a pleasant experience as a sales associate. Your working hours are arranged in consultation with your dm store in various shifts between 8:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday.

• Advise: With competence and a smile, you are there for our customers and leave none of their questions unanswered.
• Present merchandise and design the assortment: Clearly arranged, sorted for customers, and easy to reach from the shelf – this is how you help make shopping at dm enjoyable.
• Customer orientation: With your openness and helpfulness, you make shopping at dm a pleasant experience.
• Passport photo service: You produce passport photos for IDs etc. according to biometric specifications.
• Checkout: You ensure everything runs smoothly at the checkout and our customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Picking of express orders: You process incoming online orders and help prepare express deliveries for our customers.
• Jointly design theme tables for promotions: For our sales-promoting measures, your creativity and ideas are just as needed as your organizational talent.
• Inventory: You record stock levels and ensure through ordering that our merchandise does not run out in the dm store.

• Service mindset: With your empathy, commitment, and joy in meeting people, you shape the typical dm feel-good atmosphere with us.
• Education and professional experience: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have professional experience in retail or the commercial sector.
• eID activation for passport photo service: To digitally transmit passport photos for our passport photo service in our stores to citizen offices, you need the eID function activated on your ID document.
• Competencies: You enjoy digital work and are confident using smartphones & Co. You also have a perfect command of the German language.
• Team spirit and motivation: To keep daily operations running smoothly, you pitch in as a team and coordinate working hours together. When things get stressful, your composure can be relied upon.
• Initiative, solution orientation, and desire to shape: You are keen to take initiative, work independently, develop solutions, and shape a livable future for all together with our community.
