Acquisition, advice and support of assigned advisory clients in a team approach in close coordination with Wealth Management advisors as a specialist capital market expert. Accompanying the exploitation of existing customer potential in the assigned client base. Active advice and support of existing customers in compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations and using standard banking IT applications. Independent, coordinated investment according to timing, controlling and reallocation, thus taking responsibility and supporting securities selection within the DZ PRIVATBANK investment process. Participation in the further development of a structured advisory process in Private Banking and ongoing proposals for process and quality improvements. Responsibility for asset allocation of client portfolios (equities, bonds, other assets and liquidity) along our investment process. Co-design and further development of the active product range for advisory mandates. Development and generation of investment ideas and best practice management within Advisory Management. Organization and participation in capital market calls and ad-hoc calls for capital market-driven topics.

Several years of professional experience in Private Banking Wealth Management. Ideally with a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a focus on Financial Management or comparable further training. High degree of personal responsibility, willingness to perform and motivation. Strong process understanding with conceptual and strategic strength. Strong understanding of customer needs and (Private) Banking trends. Strong knowledge of capital market developments and a good feel for customer reactions/needs. Knowledge of portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation and implementation in the advisory process. Responsible handling of customers and several years of practice in banking and securities business. Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
