A three-year apprenticeship to become a meat specialist, focusing on quality, creativity, customer service and handling fresh food.

Advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products; create presentations for platter and gift services and develop finger-food ideas; check, order and sell fresh goods; maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate; passion for food and a good sense of quality and freshness; enjoyment of customer contact; openness, friendliness, team spirit and reliability; motivation, initiative and willingness to develop.
