About this Apprenticeship
In this three-year apprenticeship, you will become a meat specialist focusing on quality, creativity, customer service and the proper handling of food.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products and provide preparation tips
- Create presentations for platter and gift services and develop finger-food ideas
- Check, plan and sell fresh products effectively
- Maintain high hygiene standards when handling food
Requirements
- At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate
- A good sense of food quality and freshness
- Enjoyment of customer contact and an open, friendly manner
- Team spirit and reliability
- Motivation, initiative and willingness to develop
