Apprenticeship as a Specialist Salesperson, Butchery, 2027

The three-year apprenticeship trains you to become a meat specialist with a focus on quality, creativity and customer service. You will learn how to handle, present and sell meat and sausage products and advise customers.

Recommend fresh sausage and meat products; provide preparation tips; design displays for platter and gift services; develop and present finger food ideas attractively; inspect, order and sell fresh goods; comply with hygiene and cleanliness standards.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; passion for food and a good sense of quality and freshness; enjoyment of customer contact; team spirit and reliability; motivation, commitment and willingness to develop.
