A three-year apprenticeship to become a meat specialist, focusing on quality, creativity, food hygiene and customer service.

You advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products, provide preparation tips and create enjoyable shopping experiences. You design presentations for platter and gift services, develop finger-food ideas, check and plan fresh goods and maintain high hygiene standards.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; a good eye for quality and freshness; enjoys customer contact; team-oriented and reliable; motivated to get involved, think independently and develop further.
