Apprenticeship as Specialist Salesperson in Food Crafts - Butchery - 2027

As an apprentice in the food craft (butchery), you will learn the processing, care, and control of meat and sausage products, the presentation and advising of customers, and the creation of your own creations for platters and party service.

You have a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) and are aware of how important hygiene and quality are. You enjoy serving our customers, can express yourself well, and are not easily rattled. You are communicative and have great joy in handling food. With your German language skills at least at B1 level (proof required), you can communicate well with our customers and follow vocational school lessons. To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you learn directly with our team on site from the start.
