About this Apprenticeship
- Become an expert for fresh meat specialties! No worries – in our markets there is no slaughtering. Instead, you can expect diverse and practical tasks around the production of high-quality meat and sausage products.
- Production of sausage & ham: You accompany the entire process chain – from breaking down the delivered meat cuts to proper further processing.
- Specialties & delicatessen: You produce ready-to-sell products such as roasts, skewers or grill items and refine them by marinating and seasoning.
- Customer advice & service: You advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner on fresh meat and sausage specialties.
- Quality & hygiene management: You ensure highest quality and hygienic safety in production and sales.
- School certificate: At least secondary school certificate
- Foodie: You have a passion for food
- Customer favorite: You enjoy dealing with people
- Sales talent: You have a good understanding of sales techniques to increase turnover and promote customer loyalty
- Commitment: You are motivated and show willingness to perform
