Apprenticeship in sales and the production of high-quality meat and sausage products. No slaughtering takes place in the stores; instead, training covers cutting delivered meat, further processing, refinement, customer advice, and quality and hygiene management.

Producing sausage and ham and supporting the process chain from cutting delivered meat to further processing; preparing ready-to-sell specialties and delicatessen products such as roasts, skewers, and barbecue items; marinating and seasoning; providing friendly and competent customer advice; ensuring quality and hygienic safety in production and sales.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; a good sense of quality and freshness; enjoyment of customer contact; openness, friendliness, and helpfulness; team spirit and reliability; motivation, initiative, and willingness to develop.
