Apprenticeship Program Leading to a Retail Management Specialist (IHK) Qualification 2027

This three-year apprenticeship and advanced training program leads to a qualification as a retail sales specialist after 18 to 24 months and then as a Retail Management Specialist (IHK). After two years, participants can also obtain a trainer certificate. The program covers retail, business administration, marketing, logistics, sales and personnel management; instead of vocational school, participants attend further training with certified providers.
