Apprenticeship programme for Abitur graduates leading to a Handelsfachwirt (IHK) qualification 2027

A three-year training and further-education programme leading to two qualifications: Retail Salesperson after 18 to 24 months and Handelsfachwirt (IHK) at the end. After two years, participants can also obtain the trainer qualification. The programme covers retail, business administration, marketing, accounting, logistics, sales and personnel management. There is no vocational school attendance; instead, participants attend further-education courses with certified providers.
