The apprenticeship as a salesperson/retail management assistant at EDEKA Verbund teaches skills in customer service, assortment design, cash handling and marketing. A secondary school diploma, interest in business contexts, teamwork, independence and German language skills at B1 level are expected. The apprenticeship offers flexible working hours, good takeover chances, further training opportunities and digital learning platforms.

With your acquired knowledge you serve and advise our customers.; We teach you how to design the assortment and take responsibility for the sale and marketing of our goods.; We show you how to operate the cash registers, create settlements and analyze the figures.; You learn to participate in assortment design, because your ideas count too!

You have a secondary school diploma and an interest in business contexts.; Serving our customers and working in a team is something you enjoy.; You quickly understand what matters, work independently and can express yourself well.; With your German language skills at least at B1 level (proof required), you can communicate well with our customers and follow vocational school lessons.; To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you learn directly with our team on site from the start.
