Your training usually lasts 3 years. Under certain conditions a shortening is possible with good performance. After successfully passing the exam you hold the qualification of specialist salesperson in the food trade: focus butchery (m/f/d). During the training period you go through several fields of activity: You learn how to prepare meat appetisingly, how to stock the counter, sell, handle or prepare items successfully and ensure their quality. Targeted measures also make you a champion in sales and consulting. The special thing about the training is that the various working time models enable you to organise your free time individually.
