During the three-year apprenticeship, you will learn to prepare meat attractively, stock the sales counter, sell, handle and prepare products, and ensure their quality. The apprenticeship may be shortened under certain conditions.

Advise customers about cuts of meat, meat products, sausage products, cheese and fresh-counter items. Care for, check and present goods. Learn to process meat correctly and follow hygiene regulations. Keep the sales counter orderly and clean. Contribute your own creations for platter service, gift service and finger food.
