Apprenticeship as Specialist Salesperson in Food Trade (Butchery) 2027

You advise on meat cuts, meat products and sausages, cheese and all items at our fresh food counter. You show our customers our philosophy: We love food. You enjoy dealing with people. You maintain, check and present the items. You learn how to process meat properly. You learn hygiene regulations. You keep the sales counter tidy and clean. You contribute your own creations for platter services, gift services and finger food. Your training usually lasts 3 years. Under certain conditions, a shortening is possible with good performance. After successfully passing the exam, you hold the degree of Specialist Salesperson in Food Trade: Focus Butchery (m/f/d). During the training you go through several fields of activity: You learn how to prepare meat appetizingly, how to stock the counter, sell, handle or prepare items successfully and ensure their quality. Targeted measures also make you a champion in sales and consulting. The special thing about the training is that the various working time models allow you individual leisure time planning.
