Apprenticeship as a Specialist Food Retail Salesperson in Butchery 2027

The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and may be shortened under certain conditions if performance is good. After successfully passing the examination, you will qualify as a specialist food retail salesperson specializing in butchery. You will learn how to prepare meat attractively, stock the sales counter, sell, handle and prepare products, and ensure their quality. The apprenticeship includes various working-time models.
