You advise our customers on fresh sausage and meat products. You prepare products for sale and plan how to present the goods attractively. You professionally package meat and sausage products. You always keep an eye on hygiene standards and ensure quality assurance.

You are interested in food and its processing. You have a friendly demeanor and enjoy dealing with customers. You are an absolute team player and have manual dexterity. You place great value on cleanliness and hygiene. You are motivated and look forward to a new challenge.

From the start, you take on exciting and varied tasks. Through our training-accompanying seminars including intensive exam preparation, we prepare you optimally for your final exam and career. Your apprenticeship lasts three years and can be shortened under certain conditions.
