With the qualification as a retail business manager, you belong to the management talent of tomorrow – or you become self-employed as an independent retailer at EDEKA and become your own boss. Daily retail business: You get to know all relevant areas – from purchasing and sales to marketing and professional customer consulting. Business analysis: You determine and analyze key figures and develop well-founded decisions for business success. Merchandise management & logistics: You gain insights into procurement, warehousing, and the entire flow of goods in the market. Business processes: You deal intensively with business administration, work organization, accounting, branch settlement, and sales. Leadership & personnel: You engage with modern leadership approaches and learn how to motivate, deploy, and develop employees. The special feature of the apprenticeship? Double qualification! After 3 years, you hold two degrees – Retail Salesperson and Retail Business Manager (m/f/d).
