About this Apprenticeship
You will get to know all areas of the market intensively and work actively in daily business. You take on responsibility early on, e.g. for merchandise processes, assortment design and department organization. You deal with business management topics such as key figure analyses, sales development and personnel planning. You support the team in management tasks, learn to coordinate, motivate and optimize processes. You are in direct contact with our customers and ensure a completely successful shopping experience.
