Apprenticeship Retail Management Assistant - 2027

You learn processes from goods ordering through goods receipt to product presentation. You are trained in cashier procedures and gain insight into the billing process. You become an important advisor for our customers by acquiring comprehensive product knowledge. You gain in-depth knowledge of merchandise management and retail business processes. The apprenticeship usually lasts three years – under certain conditions, shortening is possible. Besides vocational school, you attend seminars and receive thorough exam preparation unique to EDEKA. Seminars cover exam-relevant commercial topics and deeper product expertise.
