About this Apprenticeship
First Stop, part of the Pneuhage group, is looking for a field sales consultant for the truck tyre segment in Bramsche.
What You'll Learn
- Acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers in the truck tyre segment
- Needs analysis (fleet check)
- Carrying out central sales support campaigns
- Market observation and analysis
- Order processing
- Setting sales targets in agreement with branch and area managers
- Organising delivery and collection of tyres
- Participating in working groups and regional trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally serving haulage companies or workshops
- Good PC skills
- Strong customer and service orientation and sales skill
- Empathy, strong negotiating ability
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
- High motivation, flexibility and reliability
- Willingness to work in a team and enjoy working with people
- Moderation and presentation techniques
