What Elmer Gruppe offers

• Over three years, you will become skilled in wholesale at one of our branches near you. You will combine practical work with vocational school lessons and learn all aspects of wholesale, from purchasing and storing goods to selling them. You will advise customers, process orders and learn how costs, prices and business figures relate to each other. You will rotate through different areas, including sales departments, central logistics and site management.
• You will do practical work from the start, take on responsibility early and work on apprenticeship projects. Experienced training managers will support you, teaching you the basic theory and the skills you need for practical work and your future career. Joint internal training with other apprentices will give you insight into every department of the group.
• We offer individual ways to prepare for your final exam and help you complete your training successfully.
• Good apprentices become strong employees. After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can look forward to a permanent job with us.
