Get to know the various areas of a car dealership and discover your strengths. Understand the processes behind the scenes and how all departments work together. Organize and coordinate commercial processes in daily business. Take on your own tasks early and gain practical experience. Gain insights into the workshop and expand your technical understanding. Develop into an all-round talent in service, sales, marketing, and administration.

You are enthusiastic about automobiles and want to understand how a car dealership works. You enjoy interacting with people and communicating with customers and colleagues. You are interested in commercial tasks and economic contexts. You work in an organized manner, keep an overview, and have a good grasp of numbers. You are confident using common Microsoft Office applications. You like working in a team and contribute actively. You have a Mittlere Reife, Abitur, or equivalent school-leaving certificate, or are about to obtain one.
