Building Security Officer

For EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG we are looking for a Building Security Officer (f/m/d) for the Karlsruhe site as soon as possible. The Building Security value stream is responsible within the Corporate Real Estate Management function for the overarching tasks of physical security and acts as an internal solution provider for all corresponding topics. A particular focus is on the development and implementation of security strategies as well as the continuous improvement of security processes at the sites.

• You develop and implement object-specific security strategies and concepts and ensure the protection of persons, plants, and information.
• You monitor the effectiveness and compliance of all security measures (organizational, structural, technical, personnel) and regularly conduct audits, vulnerability analyses, and risk assessments.
• You create security concepts for events and support operatively on site.
• You take over the management and documentation of security incidents as well as KPI collection and reporting.
• You work closely with authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) and actively contribute to security-relevant projects.
• You identify optimization potentials and implement continuous improvement measures in the area of building security.
• You perform your tasks at least three days per week on site at your duty station in Karlsruhe.

• You have a completed degree in security management.
• You bring experience in the development and implementation of security concepts as well as in conducting audits and risk analyses.
• You convince through independent action, analytical thinking, and a confident demeanor.
• You are strong in stakeholder management, have diplomatic skills, and excellent relationship management abilities – you win people over and build sustainable networks.
• You are team-oriented, communicative, and actively drive continuous improvements.
• A willingness to take on on-call duties and provide operational support on site rounds off your profile.
